About This Class
This is a vinyasa class that links a series of postures (asanas) that flow sequentially from one to the next, coordinating breath with movement. Notes: Mats and props provided. Find the class at 2 Green Hill Road Road, Washington Depot: between the Hickory Stick Bookshop and the Hen's Next Gallery, there is a set of stairs to the second floor. Walk up the stairs, turn right, and find Litchfield Pilates & Integrative Health on the right side, before the B Hive Salon at the end of the hall.

In order for class to begin promptly and for everyone to benefit optimally, please arrive early enough before the scheduled start time so that you can enter quietly and settle onto your mat. Cancellations: To retain a class credit for those times life gets in the way and you don't make it to class, please send an email to me within 24 hours of missing class.
